Main ingredients:

Grapefruit essential oil:

The scent of grapefruit is uplifting, soothing, and clarifying. It is known to relieve stress and induce feelings of peace and relaxation.

Research suggests that inhaling grapefruit oil or using it for aromatherapy within your home can help trigger relaxation responses within the brain.

Rosemary essential oil:

Helps reduce stress levels and nervous tension, increases mental activity, encourages clarity and understanding, relieves fatigue, and supports respiratory function. It is used to improve alertness, eliminate negative moods, and increase information retention by improving concentration.

Yorkshire Water:

Not only is it hydrating and tastes great as drinking water, but it also improves the health and beauty of the skin. We believe this water is a crucial ingredient in Yorkshire tea and just as perfect in Ancient Wisdom aromatherapy mists.

Witch Hazel:

Added instead of alcohol for great evaporation in the room and on bedding, witch hazel is an astringent that is often used as a natural topical remedy. It contains several compounds with powerful anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties.
