To unwind, spray the mist over your head or directly onto your bedding to encourage a better night's sleep.

Key Ingredients:

Thyme essential oil:

Feeling mentally sluggish in the middle of the day? For a change of pace, add thyme essential oil to your favorite daytime diffuser blend to get your mental wheels turning. Thyme oil has an invigorating aroma, and adding it to your favorite midday diffuser blend will promote a sense of alertness.

Spearmint essential oil:

Feeling blue? Try using a little spearmint oil to brighten your day. Spearmint oil is composed of chemical compounds such as carvone and limonene. These organic constituents have energizing and stimulating properties.

Yorkshire water:

Not only does it hydrate and taste great as drinking water, but it also benefits the health and beauty of your skin. We believe this water is a crucial ingredient in Yorkshire tea and is just as perfect in Ancient Wisdom aromatherapy mists.

Witch hazel:

Added instead of alcohol to help the mist evaporate in the room and on bedding, witch hazel is an astringent often used as a natural topical remedy. It contains several compounds with potent anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties.
